1. Scope
These Terms apply to the Operimage website (operimage.com) and to the Operimage app for macOS, published by OperSuite.
Operimage is distributed only through the Mac App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
By using the website or the app, you agree to these Terms.
2. The app
Operimage is free to download on the Mac App Store. Anything offered inside the app is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account.
Images are processed on your Mac. You keep all rights to the images you process.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Operimage for unlawful content, fraud, abuse, or infringement of third-party rights.
You are responsible for having the rights to process and distribute your images.
4. Warranty and liability
The website and the app are provided on an 'as is' basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OperSuite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data. Keep backups of your originals.
