1. License
Operimage is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard App Store EULA), which applies to your copy downloaded from the Mac App Store.
2. Commercial use
You may use Operimage for personal and commercial work, including processing images for clients, online stores and publications.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where the law explicitly allows it.
You may not remove copyright or proprietary notices.
4. Updates
Updates are delivered through the Mac App Store.
