1. Refunds go through Apple
Operimage is free to download. Anything bought inside the app is sold and billed by Apple, so we cannot issue refunds directly.
To request a refund, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple Account, find the item and choose "Request a refund". Apple decides on eligibility under its own policy and your local consumer law.
2. Restore what you already have
If something you bought in the app is missing after reinstalling or moving to a new Mac, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account.
