Free tier includes core processing features. Paid features are unlocked through a one-time AI license and optional update pass.
Each license is personal or organizational, non-transferable, and subject to activation limits defined at purchase.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Operimage for unlawful content, fraud, abuse, or infringement of third-party rights.
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to process and distribute your images.
4. Warranty & Liability
Services are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OperSuite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
