1. Grant
OperSuite grants a non-exclusive license to use Operimage according to the purchased plan.
The AI Unlock is one-time for the licensed product. The Update Pass is optional and time-limited.
2. Activation
License keys may be activated up to the allowed device limit.
You may deactivate old devices to free seats for new activations.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software except where law explicitly allows.
You may not remove copyright or proprietary notices.
4. Updates
Core license grants use of purchased version.
Update Pass, if active, grants access to eligible updates during the pass period.
5. Termination
Material violation of license terms may result in suspension or revocation.
Upon termination, you must stop using affected licensed components.
